Distributorship Membership Agreement

Introduction

This Distributorship Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as a Distributor in Richlance International's direct sales program.


Definitions
  • "Distributor" refers to an individual who has registered for the Distributorship membership.
  • "Program" refers to Richlance International's direct sales program.
  • "Products" refers to digital and physical products offered through the Program.
  • "Website" refers to www.richlance.com

Membership Requirements
  • 1. Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become a Distributor.
  • 2. Registration: You must register with accurate and complete information.
  • 3. Payment: You must pay the registration fee (₦15,000 - ₦650,000).

Membership Benefits
  • 1. Products: You will receive products equivalent to your registration fee.
  • 2. Free Data and Call Card: One-month free data and call card.
  • 3. Flight and Hotel Booking Voucher: 10% voucher for flight and hotel booking (Capped at ₦10,000).
  • 4. Earning Potential: Ability to earn up to 15 generations.

Earning Structure
  • 1. Direct Referral Bonus: 30% of referral's registration fee.
  • 2. Indirect Bonus: 20% split across generations (2-15).
  • 3. Retail Bonus: 30% profit on product sales.

Obligations
  • 1. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • 2. Program Rules: You must adhere to the Program's rules and guidelines.
  • 3. Confidentiality: You must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Distributorship at any time due to:

  • 1. Non-compliance with Program rules.
  • 2. Breach of confidentiality.
  • 3. Other reasonable grounds.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of federal Republic of Nigeria.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.


Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Changes will be effective upon posting.


Acceptance

By registering as a Distributor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
