Service Centre Agreement

Introduction

This Service Center Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as a Service Center in Richlance International's direct sales program.


Definitions
  • "Service Center" refers to an individual or business that has registered for the Service Center membership.
  • "Program" refers to Richlance International's direct sales program.
  • "Products" refers to digital and physical products offered through the Program.
  • "Website" refers to www.richlance.com.
  • "State" refers to a geographical area designated by the government.

Membership Requirements
  • 1. Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become a Service Center.
  • 2. Registration: You must register with accurate and complete information.
  • 3. Package: You must pay the Package fee (₦20,000,000 - ₦50,000,000). Note: products are given equivalent to the package amount.
  • 4. Location: Only one Service Center will be allowed per State.

Membership Benefits
  • 1. Earning Potential: Earn up to 2-5% of all Stockist monthly sales within your State.
  • 2. Exclusive Territory Rights: Sole representative for your State.
  • 3. Direct Access to Products: Purchase products from the company at competitive rates.
  • 4. Supply Opportunity: Supply products to all Stockists in your State.

Earning Structure
  • 1. Sales Commission: 2-5% of total monthly sales from all Stockists in your State.
  • 2. State-Wide Sales Bonus: Calculated based on total State-wide sales.

Obligations
  • 1. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • 2. Program Rules: You must adhere to the Program's rules and guidelines.
  • 3. Confidentiality: You must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • 4. Inventory Management: You must manage inventory levels to ensure timely product delivery.
  • 5. Stockist Support: Provide excellent support to Stockists in your State.

Territorial Rights

As a Service Center, you will have exclusive territorial rights to operate within your designated State.


Stockist Management
  • 1. Oversight: You will oversee all Stockists in your State.
  • 2. Support: Provide training and support to Stockists.
  • 3. Sales Tracking: Track sales performance of Stockists.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Service Center agreement at any time due to:

  • 1. Non-compliance with Program rules.
  • 2. Breach of confidentiality.
  • 3. Failure to supply products to Stockists on time.
  • 4. Other reasonable grounds.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.


Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Changes will be effective upon posting.


Acceptance

By registering as a Service Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
